LT1 tuning question
I just bought Jet DST and ECMPro. I pulled my tune today and I noticed that the Speed Density box is checked. What does this affect and why would the tuner do it?
Also, will active TCC items make any difference in a m6 car?

The computer is using the speed density mode of fueling. It won't use the maf to determine how much air is entering the engine but will calculate it base upon map, engine load, throttle, ect. It's fairly common in custom builds. There is a thousand debates as to whether maf or speed density is better. Both have their strengths and weakness.
With a M6 don't worry about the lockup torque converter settings. Doesn't hurt anyting to have them activated or not.
