i am looking to see what the offset and backspacing is on my stock 86 wheels

Search is your friend. You are the 7,895 person to ask this question. Select "Search" at the top of the page, when the box appears select "Advanced search", then type in "wheel offset" and then select "C4 General" or the appropriate category from the list at the bottom right. This will yield.........

Now ..it depends if your car has the Z51 package or not

1986 (base)
front & rear 16"x8.5" 32mm (6.0" backspacing)

Are the lug nut patterns the same on Corvette 16", 17" and 18" wheels ?
