Default Fuel starve

Was out autoxing today and encountered some fuel starvation a couple times right after hard turns. I have a few ideas what it might be but would like to hear what others may think.

Fill the tank at least half full and the issue will disappear.

I did have less than half, I usually start with a full tank. Will fill it up tomorrow on the way.

I've seen a post from someone that used an aluminum can to go aound the pump and sock.
Basically the fuel return fills the can, until the car is totally out of gas the pump is always submerged and doesn't starve.

Just posted this to a guy with a fried pump....

I used a tall plastic bottle that had an oil product so it was compateble...A LUCAS bottle I thinki it was. Just becareful with the float arm. The bottle/well has to be well secured so the float arm does not hit it.

C4's all seem to do this. I've had it happen on both my LT1 and LT5 car.

You would think GM would put baffels in the tank of a performance car but what do I know.

They did in the 1LE Camaro, but that was for showroom stock and the world challenge race series.
