high idle at start up

high idle at start up
ok have checked everything twice vacum timing tps iac all is set but when i come home and crank it runs about 900 to 950 after maybe a 2 to 3 min it starts climbing runs from1300to 1500 doesnt go down till i shut car off then recrank it idles at 650 whats left to check
