Help with fical engine.

I have a 1984 Targa X-Fire that is very cranky. One moment it is running fine the next time I start it it barely runs at all. The next I start it, it runs fine. I've changed the O2 sensor, the throttle position sensor, the fuel filter, temp switch and cleaned the throttle body/injectors. The plugs and wires are good. There are no "idiot" lights or codes. I just got the car and I am a newbie to Vettes. Where should I check next? Thanks for the help.

I'd start with the fuel pressure. There are a ton of inexpensive testers on the market. Autozone may even loan you one.

The comment was probably because I've never heard the word "Fical" and Mr. Webster (the dictionary guy) doesn't know what it is either.

I guess that could stand for Fuel Injectors CALibrated but I dunno. Maybe fical is an acronym for "Fuel Injected Corvette Always Limping".

I was just kidding around I thought that was obvious because your spelling was so close to fecal. I really don't know what's wrong but two things worth considering are grounding and the ECM.
