Default C4 to C6 Adaptors

I have just purchased a set of 2005 C6 5 spoke wheels. 19 X 10 rear and 18 X 9.5 in front. Can anyone give me an idea of what size adaptors I need to order as far as thickness. Thanks Mike

depends on what your yr model is...

for ex: a 16" C4 wheel has 38mm offset. That means if your C6 spokes have 50mm offset that you will need 3/4" spacers to push the rim outward so it looks and fits correctly under the wheel well.
If you had 17" c4 rims, that were closer to the C6 offset you may be close. You need to find the C6 suspension chart and see what the offset is for those stock spoke wheels.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use those thin shim type spacers. Only use a real billet aluminum spacer/adaptor that has its own studs. The cheapo spacers crack and cause wheels to fall off when the nuts suddenly become loose and break...

I have an 85 and I used 1" adapters. Using same rims as stated above.

Got them from ebay for about 120.
