Default [HELP] problem w/ brake/rotor change

ok I am putting on some Baer Eradispeed front rotors and Hawk pads as well. But I have run into a brick wall here. Both sides the caliper will not slide over the rotor. As far as I can tell the piston is fully depressed, and both sides have the same exact problem wich makes me think it is an equiptment problem not a, well my fault. Anyone else ever run into this?

uncap the Master Cylinder. I did my brakes yesterday. They were a little tough to pull off, but it wasn't that bad. Now the rears, I forgot that I had set the E-brake. Those wouldn't budge until I eleased it.

Oops, I read it as, you were still taking them off!

What did you use to depress the piston back into the caliper?

I used a clamp I have, there is no room between the pad and where the piston sits. And it is the exact same on both sides.

stock thickness rotors?

Some aftermarket rotor are thicker, requiring shorter pistons.
