I have a 89 with a bose radio. It seems that the previous owner yanked the speckers out before they traded it in. I would like to know if I can wire in non bose speakers buy not useing the amp circuts and just use the speaker lines. If so,,, what would the ohms be for the speakers 4 or 8?

They were 2 ohm.
Buy 4 ohm and use an interface such as this.

I think my head is screwed on loose this morning. 
Usually people ask how to use an aftermarket deck with the bose amps/speakers. Then you need an adapter.
Don't know how well the Bose head unit will power anything without amplification.

There is a seller on ebay...........cute dogz.
Check him out.
In CA, USA.
He sells C4 bose stereo parts from time to time.
Including the bose speaker assemblies.
I have bought from him in the past.
He is a reliable seller there.
Getting off topic..........
The entire world,
including C4 is watching the economic news I see.
Hard to keep my mind clear & straight too.
Europe goes down,
most of the free world goes down with them too.
