I'd just changed out the fuel filter and hung the stock exhaust system on the sled then fired it up and listened to it. The car is running measurably better, with a slight lag behind throttle for response (I was told to expect that as it's still running the 48mm throttlebody.
Turned it off to clear the driveway, jumped back in, turned the key, everything lights up, starter engages and
Nothing.
Nada.
No accessory lights, no ignition, no cigarette lighter, nothing.
Battery's got 12.8v and I've started looking at the service manual, but at first glimpse, there's no heading for Catastrophic Electrical Failure of Everything.
I doublechecked the main grounding bolt, and the grounds on the flywheel houseing, they're clean and tight, I'm just wondering if yall have any suggestions. (BTW, the jumper block behind the battery is showing 2.5v, I've gotten THAT far in the diagnosis.)

Pull battery connections. Remove bolts and clean. Check positive battery terminal for acid leaks and outgassing. You may need to replace the cable if acid has gotten in.
