whats the problem?
Symptoms Are
- From a full throttle take off car will feel like it is missing and will slowly pick up speed
- During cruising speeds, the car will feel as if it is missing, having to shift in neutral and rev it up at time to keep it going
- From a MPH roll to full throttle car will bog but if you easy into the throttle car will pick up speed slowly
We have only got one code that stated the car was in a lean condition
We have replaced / installed new

If there is any thing that any one can think of for us to check or if anyone has had this problem pleas let me know, ANY HELP WILL BE WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!
Its time to Impedance test all 8 fuel injectors.
All injectors should test within 1 ohm of each other.
There are GM Multec series fuel injectors factory installed in you 1989 Corvette.
They are know to be incompatible long term with today's E10, ethanol enhanced gasoline.
The Alcohol breaks down the fuel injector internal Bobbitt coil winding enamel insulation.
If so,
Resistance - impedance test will show it with a Digital multimeter set to OHM's scale.
Around 12 ohms is correct from my memory tonight for your 1989 C4 Multec fuel injectors.
