Hypertech PP LT1 questions
Need to start fooling with the ECM (fan, final drive, etc). Is there a difference between the Power Programmer/Plus/III versions? Any additional functionality in the Plus or III? What's a fair price, $200? Is there a PC-Link type approach that's comparable in price or that allows you to fool with other parameters?

I paid $200 for my Power Programmer III in good used condition, fully functional. I only use it to program the ECM to activate the radiator cooling fans at 213 F instead of the factory default (stock) 230 F. As for the "power tuning" option for the engine, the stock factory programming feels more responsive and torquey.
