Default 93 A/C programmer

I need help. Where is the A/C programmer located on a 93. Is it behind the controls and if so how do you access it. It's not under the drives side insturment panel or if it is I can't find it.

It's mounted on the firewall. It's a black plastic case
about 4x6 inches mounted by a single bolt above
the gas pedal/driverside transmission tunnel
area high on the firewall.

You get to it by removing the driver side foot well
panel that contains the driver side courtesy
lamp.

It has one electrical connector plugged on the top of it and
a group of vacuum hoses plugged into the top right
corner of it.

The picture in the manual shows the outline of the
instrument panel dash cluster in a lower position
relative to the AC programmer than what it really is.

It's there you have to look back toward the steering wheel to see it. It had a gang of vac tubes and a long electrical connector.

You have to move the drivers seat all the way back and lay upside down in the driver side floorboard. Look straight up with a flashlight. You will see it. It has a bunch of colored vacuum hoses going to it. 7mm screw bolts it in and there is a nasty clip that holds the vacuum harness in place. When I reinstalled it I left the clip off because there was no way that vacuum harness would come off without someone pulling it.

Do you know where each five vacuum lines go to, and what they are for? I want to put in a new harness, but would like to know what I'm getting into.

What part?
That is the solder side with surface mounted resistors and capacitors. The other side is the component side. Or am I just not seeing it?

What were the original problems?
