Hood clearance problem with super ram
I have a Superram with a Edelbrock 52 mm and the T\b is rubbing underneath the hood there a way to fix this? I removed the screws and it is hitting on the Edelbrock plate now. Car has never been hit. 85 vette

Just a thought...can they adjust the hood stop screws?The ones with the rubber caps on them?I replaced the rubber caps once and the hood sat better since the old ones were flattened down by being 15+ years old.
May be worth a shot.It could make the hood sit a MM or two higher which may help.
Btw I couldnt adjust the screws.They rusted in place but figured GM got it right so just the 4 rubber caps could use replacing and leave the screws alone.
