Does the camber-brace have to be removed or loosened next time I get
a front end alignment? Is it best to get a alignment done before it is
installed? What about camber settings, mine was set a zero, should I go
negative?

The Camber-brace will not affect how your front end alignment is performed, it will help maintain the settings when the alignment is complete.
For a daily driver, I'd leave the camber at "0". If you drive aggressivly and do an autocross once or twice a month, then set some negative camber into it, somewhere between .25-.5 degrees. Also bring the toe-in out to 0", if the car is to darty on the street, give it 1/32" toe to calm it down. Go for all the positive caster you can get, 5-7 degrees if possible.
Give me a call if you have any questions.

I'd e-mailed you when you had your last GP, I wasn't able to partake due to a deployment. I'm home now and would like to be included, hopefully we can get this up to 10 folks. :D
Whoo! I guess I'll be #10. Those alignment specs above are good info. Hey Dave, I'll call you Tuesday to place my order. Here is my recent post. What do you recommend for me? http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=298715

I tried your email, but it didn't work. I'll change the price on your order to $150.00. I'm shooting powder today, it'll ship tomorrow morning. If you have any questions, give me a call.
