Edit: If it is like I think it is then what should I get. Are cross drilled and slotted even worth it?

Does anyone notice that they are 4 stud brakes?
It's probably just a stock picture, but still....

I wouldn't, but go for it if you want... Tell us how they work out

these brake/rotor packages are pretty common on-line. i have bought two sets for both my 85 and 90, and i did buy a front set for my silverado via ebay. one set came from irotors, and the other sets from brakemotion. can't remember exactly what i paid, but it was in the $250-$300 range for the 4-wheel sets. the rotors were drilled/slotted, and zinc (or cad) plated. and the pads were ceramic, and i call tell you that i have not had any issues - period. we are probably running 50K miles on the irotor set on the 85, and just replaced the pads. BTW, my cars are only street driven. i'm sure you will get a lot of opinions on the drilled and slotted thing here, but i can't say there are any plus or minus benefits. my feeling is, for the street, it doesn't matter. IMO, for what they cost, they are a decent bang for the buck.

correction - maybe it was brakemotive and not brakemotion - it was a couple years ago, and i really can't remember...

I dont think im going with the amazon ones. It just doesn't seem right. I'll do some more research on the ones top suggested. Navy are you retired?
