Stuped Mecanic Timming Issue

I don't know how it is where you live but for the most part around here good shops are booked at least 2 weeks out for major work. Looking at your engine compartment and the wireing (hack job) this is major work. You might not want to put the blame on the guy that looked at the car and put it on whoever has been hacking it up. The MAF is even upside down. With the problems you have been posting you may want to find a doner car start with changing the wireing harness then the other brackets and things that are incorrect or broken. You need to start getting things back to the way it came from the factory if you ever hope to count of this car. Good luck with your problems but if you dont start doing things right now you will be working on this thing more then driving and cost you a ton of money.

Ok i know is no look good but recibe the carrera like that from the previas owner. That is what i have to fix

I just got my self a multimeter to check the cables but they look presta buen up

I know that this may sound dumb but that 1 wire that he pulled out of the distributor isn't the coil wire is it. (assuming the early C4 has a coil wire going to the distributor that is).

i know what yo aré saying some times i wonder if i make a good decisión bytes buying this car but i know i can do this and again thanx yo all forma your comments
