I'm sorry but it sounds like you've been had. Running iron heads? And then having them build it to not mess with the ECM but it ends up having a high lift cam? Having to change oil pans and balancers.... Sounds like they grabbed an iron blocked motor and stuffed it in hoping you would think it's built up. Nowhere in this thread is there mention of anyone who knows anything about building strokers and tuning them to say the least.
Maybe I'm wrong but your injectors are fine. There is calculations for how much injector is required for hp levels but people fail to remember a bump in fuel pressure can increase it drastically. I would suggest new ones anyways though.
I think you probably already washed your walls clean but I wouldn't even start it until you get a tune.
