I just installed the Bilsteins on my Vette. What a difference. It had some KYB's on it that the PO used and although I've heard good things about them they're not Bilsteins. The car is more planted it the twisties and doesn't try to skitter off the road in a rough road turn. The suspension works much better now. I now have the Bilsteins on my Impala SS, my 1989 Silverado and the Vette. No reason to read any tests or reviews any more. I'm quite happy. Just sayin'........

Like everything else you get what you pay for. If you are into "spirited" driving KYB's are not the shock for you. If you are a simple cruiser Bilsteins are likely overkill.

Check that overkill....... make that KYB's will do the job.

Didn't most of them come with Bilsteins, my 95 did?
