TPI with HSR...PROM Programming?
Hi there...
i've got a 355 with a comp cams 260XFI cam and a Holley Stealth Ram in my 1986 Z28 (i've got an LT1 and LS6 car as well) and i'm trying to find someone to program the PROM. I know i don't have a C4....but i figured somebody with a corvette would know where to point me.
I was planning on having AZTPI.com do it, but then i noticed they closed. Does anybody have a recommendation of someone that can program MAF cars?
i need all the help i can get....i had a feeling if i dragged my feet i'd be out of luck...but the Camaro restoration project has taken longer/more work/more money than i originally planned.
the motor has the following specs:
1969 350 + .030 over
72cc GM Heads
10.25:1 Pop Up pistons
Comp Cams XFI 260 Roller Cam
Comp Cams Roller Lifters
Comp Cams Mag 1.6:1 Roller Rockers
1 3/4 headers

Assuming you have a '165 MAF ECM
specify the '89 Corvette ARAP (Broadcast code ) as your base.
Gives extra cold start fueling needed because no cold start injector on HSR.
As you can see, you can also change other operating parameters
such as VATS delete ( needed for retro fit app )
EGR delete
and the temp the fan turns on ( stock is 228F )
