Fantastic torque curve, it must have a pretty responsive pedal whenever you choose to mash it! Congrats on the build finally coming together.

So much for getting some racing in

Last weekend the dragstrip is open

I was on the waiting list for the autocross tomorrow.

Got up @ 5am to pick the Corvette up

Had to crack the ice off the truck this morning.

Nor'easter coming in tomorrow

cr@p!

Getting a price from the shop on putting a 6pt rollbar in the car so they don't kick me off the track.

That was the idea, but the only thing that will be running this weekend will be SNOWMOBILES!

Hey turns out they got a 'Snow Date' for the autocross Sunday.

I got to run my car after all!

Picked my car up on Saturday, stopped by the hardware store on my way back to pick something up.

Couldn't turn the car off! ARGH!
Turns out the pivots on the steering columns tilt mechanism are shot.
If I wiggled it enough I could get it to work.

After all this, good enough for me

I just left the car running during my session, normally you turn it off to keep it cool.
Not really a problem yesterday... brrr...

Definitely needed to leave the traction control ON yesterday.
My Hoosiers were shot, so I drove on my 255 all-seasons.
Got on it hard once, that was a real H0lyCr@p moment

Real glad I made it. Finally having my car done and being able to run it once was a really big deal for me Nicely run event Great course, Especially that last part I own who ever set that up a beer! Food was great too.

Can hardly wait to go back with some race tires.

Great to see the car going again. Now with that much power your going to have to relearn how to autocross your car. Every bump of the throttle could get very exciting if it happens when your not expecting it. But it will all be worth it!
