Welcome. There isnt any set instructions on what you should do and you will get a lot of suggestions here. I would use your own judgement, checking all the fluids and looking for deterioration or problems like gas smell or water in the oil, brown antifreeze, etc. I would at least crank the car around without starting it and build some oil pressure first. Add a bottle of Techroline or water remover to the fuel maybe if it hasnt been too long for the gas to break down. If the fuel is bad, go ahead and drain the tank and put fresh in.

Thats about all I got. Good luck.

I would change ALL of the fluids, with having sat that long, regardless of what any of the fluids look like. It's cheap peace-of-mind to do so.

Which fuel pump?

Go slow. Can you turn the engine over by hand? Then check your fuel pressures and replace the parts that don't work. Then fire away.

Suggest you drain the fuel tank. Gas with ethanol makes sludge if left sitting. I would change the fuel filter also.

I would pull all the plugs and put a little bit of Marvel Mystery Oil down each cylinder. I use it for anything sitting before starting.
