Keep me posted on this... not really wanting to screw with the motor anymore... but I might do these if the funds are around.

If this doesn't fit, the 1 3/4 ARH headers might be the way to go.

I'll take #4. Do I get a prize?

Also interested in the stepped header set w/ x pipe, no cats or emission connections if the GP happens.

Guys,

I am about 90% sure I am going to get a set depending on price. I need to figure out who is serious about these headers, and who is more or less probably not going to get a set.

When I call ARH, it would be nice to have a number in mind. I have a feeling it will be 4 on the low end, and 8 on the high end.

You guys can either reply to this or send me a pm.

I'm serious if they can cut us a decent deal and tax returns are almost here. I just want the 1 3/4 with cats as well.

Serious buyer, but it depends on the discount.

[QUOTE=cuisinartvette;1579099550]

Rick quit reading the web and get some track (not dyno) results before you start changing too many things. You dont even know quite what you got just yet.

Get some track time in. If you trap in the 128-130 your doing good. That what I would expect a 421 with a stick to be at.

Based on the link above, I am confused.
Are there 2 different systems?
1 for L-98 cars, and 1 for LT1?

If the system will require I rework my oil cooler, I may have to rethink the committment to purchase.

The X pipe was a bit wide wide and didn't line up with the headers.
Although I don't have a mandrel bender, I was able to squeeze the pipe enough to mate the parts together. Working on the rear hanger now.

Mine on my LT4 was the same. I just used a ratchet strap and pulled the collectors together.

LOL! That's exactly the same thing I did!
Not exactly high-tech, but it worked!
