I think many are year specific though not sure of that to be honest. If this is something to just get you home with a failed relay you will certainly need enough tools to get to the relaysif like my 91 they are buried under the dash and behind all sorts of stuff so not a 5 minute fix you will be there a while digging to get to them. if only a temporary thing to get home a jumper wire with a couple of 1/4 inch spade connectors and #10 wire to jump from line to load terminals will make the device run depending on year some relays use a metra-pack 280 male terminal instead of the 1/4 inch spade so you would have to check the relays ahead of time to be sure you have what you need.
If you carry spares for all the relays, you will guarantee that something else will fail. And, as stated, diagnosis and repair on the side of the road is not so easy. If you are concerned about getting stranded, The best things to carry are a cell phone and AAA gold card.

There is no way you could carry enough spare parts to cover every possibility of what "might" break.
Cell phone and a credit card is all I carry. If/when the car breaks down, I'll deal with it then.
Sure not going to worry about what spare parts I may or may not need.
When I leave for extended trips, my wife makes sure she uses up all the extra room anyway.
