Default Cold start driving me crazy !

I have posted a few times on this subject still looking for the answer: here is the problem:
1991 . bought it 18 months ago ,It had a few problems so its safe to say it was never running good. I bought lucas injector cleaner and 2 days later it wouldnt start . So i learned a little about what to look for and found 3 of the multecs shorted.I unpluged those 3 and it would start and idle so I order a new set of bosch 3's .in the spring I take it all apart and i decide to polish runners and plenum ,eliminate air pump and egr pipe. put on fancy valve covers and really make it look good. I try to start and it fires a little and takes forever for me to finally get it started .So I test fuel pressure and determine I have a regulator problem .replace diaphram re-assemble and starting problem still there. Im not talking a second or two before it starts I could live with that Im talking almost like a no start . On my ac control I push the button and go to 16 and its supposed to display my temp sensor . reading of -37 so I replace temp sensor .starting problem still there. I bought a oil pressue sender but have not put it in yet but dont know if that will help . on my dash gauge it has to crank a while before it shows oil pressure. I forgot to mention it has a brand new Delphi pump and sending unit as the old one was rusted allowing water to leak into the tank (probably my problem in the first place ) I can spray starting fluid in throttle body and it fires up right away. so It seems to be a fuel problem. i know some of you will say it's the b 3's but it runs so good once it starts. one more thing if I disconnect the temp sensor it still shows minus 37 on my a/c control ,after it starts that temp goes up to 90 and never beyond. there is junk yard marker on my ecm which leads me to believe it has been replaced and maybe the problem I relaced the coil and the icm in the distributor. I hope one of you genius mechanics have my answer . or at least a thought on where to look next thanks Mike

Coolant Temp Sensor is the Choke. The colder the temp, the more fuel it gets. -37 means it's open and the ECM takes it's best guess as to how much fuel it needs. It should also have a Code 15 in the Data Stream. I'd scan it to verify or just take a look at the Sensor and make sure it's plugged in. It's below the Throttle Body screwed into the Intake.

Sounds like your car got a taste of the good stuff (lucas injector cleaner) and now it wants more.....so perhaps that's why its a bit - "cranky"
