1986 front bumper moulding

1986 front bumper moulding
I am trying to remove the moulding on the front bumper of my 1986. The nuts seem to be rusts on and simply spinining the bolt. How can I get these off without causing damage to them?

Not really. Somethings gonna get torn up.
Soak well in PB blaster or your favorite rust buster.
Try to hold the screwshank while turning the nut.

I tried everything also with no luck..When I painted the car I replaced the front with the one piece bumper molding. I didn't want to but; it fit very nice and you couldn't tell. It might be worth $100.
