Here are some more pictures with the trimming installed. I actually went the extra mile and put some on the bottom also.

I'm definatly going to do that to mine soon as a cheap HP pickup until i get more money for a whole new intake.
What are the prices everyone is paying for a K&N filter? I went to autozone, and it was $60+. :eek:

FYI: Dremel makes a heavy duty cut off wheel. They're about 3 times thicker than the "standard" cutoff wheel.
Good tip. Maybe if I use those I won't have to worry about how the disc fragments fly out at high speed when they break anymore.
