Default What spark plug

What rapid fire plug is best for a lt4 with only a hot cam and high flow cats. #12,#14 or what?

This may not answer your question. But, I've had good luck/performance with NGK TR55's.

Keep in mind all a spark plug does in create an arc to fire the fuel to air mixture. Performance plugs are snake oil. I've run the NGK TR55's in my LT1 a couple of years ago. I have a set of Autolite 606 Copper Cores in the heads I've been running over a year or so (got them a great price). The car starts and runs like it's new.
