Knock Sensor ??? get a code
Well here is whats happen.When i start the car i can run it hard, But when it get warm and run it hard i get a code? I can here it rattle so im wondering why is that.I have had it doing this since the motors been new about 4000 miles on it now. I also replaced then sensor. NO LUCK I also notice it does it more when i buy cheap gas 87/89 when i run amoc gas i get it but onlt at WOT I have turned my rotor back and forth but still throws a code. Im jus curious what to do has any 1 had this prob?? give me sum stuff to look at so maybe i can get this done right JAY

Well, if you can actually hear a rattle then detonation/pre-ignition knock is occuring. I'm going to guess that you have an ignition related problem. Might even be a mechanical malfunction with the distributor Under cruise speeds you should have more advance than when you are at WOT, if you have something like cruise speed advance at WOT then it will definately knock. Time to get out a dial back timing light that allows you to see the advance at higher rpms.
