Default No Heat need help

I have a 93 Corvette with electronic climate control. The AC works great but no heat in the winter for several years now.
I had to get the radiator replaced last year so I had them back flush the heater core at the same time. It was blowing hot air for a few months after that and then stopped again. I checked the flapper door and it is working properly. Is there anything else to check before replacing the heater core?

Are the heater hoses hot? Does the air flow good thru the ducts?
Does the air get warmer if you rev the engine?
Check for debris ON the heater core, blocking air flow?
How did you check the blend door?
