Most vendors have them. TPIs looks like it may have the nicest finish. I went ahead and made my own for maybe $50 in parts. I was replacing my belt anyway, so I made my pulley sit down as far as possible and got a shorter belt. The biggest trick was getting the spacers exactly the right lengths for everything to be square. Anyway, it really did clean things up. I even cut the extra tubing from the headers and removed all plumbing. It's a worthwhile thing. I live in FL and there are no emissions issues here.

If your 86 still has to have an emissions test and a visual check, it will fail without the AIR pump and lines gone.

I just bought the TPI kit and it certainly looks nice. I don't have it installed yet but everything I have read here about the kit is good. Cost was $150. The only thing I may have to buy is a slightly shorter belt.

hitmanpty, you wouldn't happen to know which belt you used for that delete pulley would you? I just replaced my smog pump with the same one as yours. My Old belt was ruined from use and the new one I bought from the local autoparts store is way too long.
