From the factory they are not the same type of injector although you can use LS style injectors in older engines. You would certainly want to make sure that they are sized properly.
Stock for stock they are different size injectors (flow rate for a given pressure) and if memory serves LS series engines ran at a higher pressure too. It can be done but you might be opening a can of worms. If you're looking for a stock replacement, I would look somewhere else. If you're looking for a performance injector to support other mods and you have the ability to tune for them, they are probably a good choice.

What sort of mods do you have that require 60 lb injectors? Blower, NOS or ??? The stock L98 Multecs were something like 22 lb
Injector height is another concern. FIC has Bosch III injectors they offer that are the same height as the OEM Multec's.
