Interior Repairs
Hey Everyone,
I just bought a 92 driver. Really nice car but I'd like to make a couple of minor interior repairs.
The seats are "shrunk." Meaning, the leather headrest is smaller than the plastic back of the seat. Does anyone repair this somehow by re- stuffing the seat with foam or supply just the leather part of the seat so I don't have to replace the whole seat?
The metal trim piece on the driver's side door near where the side view mirror control is, is pulling away from the main door panel. I looked around online at corvette central, ecklers, mamotors, etc. and can't find a replacement. Does anyone know where I can buy this or how to fix mine? It looks like there are two metal tabs inside there but whatever they were connected to must be broken.
