Default Clutch not releasing.

Recently put a new clutch kit plus a new line, master and slave cylinder on the car and I still have the same problem the clutch will not release all the way. Even fabricated a longer rod and still the same thing. Bled the system countless times. Going to take it back apart and inspect the clutch fork and assembly. Has anyone ran into this. All the parts except the line came from napa. 86 with 56000 miles.

ost likely still has air. best to pump the clutch pedal several times rapidly ,hold it down and have a helper open the bleeder.

I took a long @ 18" SS brake line and put a speed bleeder on the end of it, and the other end on the bleed fitting on the slave

I ran the SS line up to the top of the engine and bled the fluid into a coffee can with a speed bleeder,

Took tranny back out and discovered I had defective pressure plate. Very upset with napa. Been fighting this problem for a couple of weeks. They kept telling me I had air in the system. Should of known better as I have had numerous problems with napa parts over the years especially electrical parts.
