Check out this thread. The pages from the FSM on toptechx6's post #3 show the steps to reset the throttle body, accelerator and TV cables. They all have to be reset at the same time.
Warning, if you don't do this correctly you can trash your transmission. It's not hard but it took me 3 time to get the steps right because I wasn't paying attention.
