Ended up selling my zf6 , super ram, injectors, tb, etc.
I'll be running my 383 with an Edelbrock Air Gap dual plane and a 750 cfm Barry Grant speed demon carb.
Engine in desktop dyno with the Air Gap and 750 cfm carb is 512 hp, 465 tq. I also plan on placing between a 150-250 nitrous kit on top of it. Fully forged rotating assy.
As far as transmission choices go, I'll probably be converting to auto.
Buying a "built" transmission capable of handling 700 + hp, I was initially looking at a 700r4 , but have now thought about 2004r.
If both transmissions can be built to handle the same power output, is there a choice of one over the other between you guys?
