windows and vent fan
So after leaving my vette sitting for about 5 months (I know I know big mistake) I decided it was time put her back on the road. However while I was away some goblins crept inside 
and now neither the power windows or vent fan works. Ive already checked the fuses and they are fine...does anyone have any idea what the problem could be.
I'm thinking there must be a module that controls both (assuming that the problem is one and the same)

yes and interestingly after I double checked the fuses today the windows started working again
Hopefully they continue to work.
Which leads me to think the blower motor may need to be replaced to fix my other issue. I'm assuming this to be behind the dash, but does anyone know where about it is located?

If you have a meter, this info from my 86 FSM will help you find the problem.
