Default I need help please!

So I have a intake manifold bolt that keeps spinning and spinning but wont back out! I tried a thin putty knife and pry upwards.... no go... So anyone have an idea?? Its the second passenger one from the front... Im just pissed and stumped at the sametime...

Vice grips so you can pull up on it and turn it at the same time with maybe a little more force than your putty knife?

take the rest of them loose and use the loose manifold to apply pressure while you back it out
