heater hose
I'm just finishing an opti spark change in my wifes 92 Lt1. While everything is apart I,m replacing the hoses, never been changed. The problem I have is the heater hose from pump. It is molded starts out 5/8 at pump and ends up 1 1/4 where it connected by heater box. It is one piece. No one has one. Is this the correct setup? If so where do I get one. If not what do I do to correct it.

Go got nthe appropiate bell reducer in brass with barbed fittings and MAKE the hose thats needed. OR, modify one end fitting to match the other by replacing with a brass nipple.
I've replaced 90% of all my small hoses with hardlines and whats left clamps to barbed brass...its secure.
