86 headlight module?

86 headlight module?
for the life of me I can't find the headlight module? I was under the impression that 84-04 had a headlight module but on this 86' I can't find the darn thing. In the LH front inner fender I only find 3 relays with a cover? am I missing something here or did 84-87 not have these? HELP! I'm at my witts end trying to find this thing.
