WOULD LIKE TO DO SOME SAFE AND EASY POWER MODS TO MY 94 6 SPEED... ALREADY DID THE EXHAUST, SO WERE CAN I GO NEXT. ROLLER ROCKERS, UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS, INTAKE AND TB, I'M ALL EARS ON THIS ONE GUYS. NOT READY TO PORT HEADS AND ADD CAM AND ALL THAT.

First thing you can do is turn off the caps lock.

Roller rockers are a decent gain but you need to replace the springs, which is kinda a pain in the butt. Underdrive pulleys are very easy but some people don't like them. They can possibly cause charging issues if you idle excessively.

Throttle body is useless. That's really about it for "bolt ons" for the LT1.

While not a bolt on and depending what you have now rear gears can make a large difference. If you have to cuise in 5'th or lug in 6'th you would have plenty of roon to change and make from 10% to 25% more rear wheel torque and still cruise in 6'th. HP is top end terminal velocity stuff torque is what makes it a monster and ball to drive at somewhat legal speed limits. As a plus when you do put more cam heads etc. in the engine the rest of the car will be friendly to them. Another plus is it should take some load off the clutch as you will not be lugging the car and super easy to just drive in stop and go traffic if you have that where you normally drive. I ended up buying an automatic because I do though really wanted a 6 speed for the gearing possibilities. If you live somewhere that you can easily cruise in 6'th and do all the time maybe not. Just a thought.

What exactly did you do to the exhaust?

An electric water pump is worth a few ponies but farther down the mod list IMO.

Gears may be next but not cheap.

I assume you have cut the airbox lid and/or installed a K&N filter?

Even 4:10's on a 6 speed are good.

If $$ is there super/turbo is an option.

Not a power mod. But, a Hurst shifter is one of my favorite mods on my 94 M6.

What I like about the gears is they multiply the amout of torque you have now when you make a mod it multiplies the addtional power and you can end up making fewer engine mods to get to the performace level you want.
