84 Intake Removal

84 Intake Removal

Hey guys does anyone have any tips on removing the intake plate or whatever that thing is called that bolts to the manifold. I have taken all the bolts out but cant seem to get it to budge. I took a pry bar and was tapping it with a hammer but didnt want to crack or break anything. Is there a video somewhere?????? Please Help

all 12 intake bolts out?? You removed the distributor?? And no accessory brackets on the intake ??
You can carefully pry up from the water pump.. and the bottom lip of the intake

Two of the bolts are holding on the throttle bodies also.

He is talking about the plenum lid.
