Help with TPS.. Cant get the correct values...

Sounds like you've got ready access to a scanner, that's the best way to know for sure. You may find you've been pulling your hair out over this for nothing.
I know you've got the ported cylinder heads, what else was done and who did the tuning afterwards? There may be absolutely nothing wrong with any of the sensors and you're just fighting a poor computer tune.
Edit - just saw your edit to the previous post. Definitely sounds like with your mods that your tune just needs some tweaking. Of course you can verify that all your sensors are working properly, you can't tune if they aren't, but after that if your problems persist it's likely because the computer doesn't know exactly what to make of your mods under all conditions.
