Default Need wiring help! 1985 Coupe

Coming off of the battery there is one red wire that has fusible link that goes directly to the cooling fan relay.

Then there is one red with a conenctor that comes out orange on the other end.

Then there is an orange wire with a conector that comes out orange on the other end.

Do all of these get 12 volts?

The wiring that I had originally had a red wire coming from the battery that went into a fusible connector then came out with 2 orange wires on the other end. When the wiring that was all thogether melted I did not know how these were routed. I am in the process of replacing them and the only easy one to figure out is the red wire going to the cooling fan relay.

Do you have any pictures of the area you are talking about. I am a little confused as to what you are asking exactly

Solved,,,,,,,,,,, first my wire to the cooling fan and fusible link melted and I thought this was my problem but it was only part of the problem.

After fixing the wire I realized then that my factory original starter had given up the ghost. I put a new Delco starter, battery, battery cables and solenoid on and it is back up and working fine.

I think this was the last factory oroginal item on the motor!
