Default Rear eccentric camber bolt question

I am in the process of rebuilding the rear suspension on my LT4 and was getting ready to take off the strut rod. I wanted to mark the eccentric camber piece so that I could put it back together reasonably close enough to drive it in for an alignment. anyway, on the driver side, all of the tick marks are on the top or facing up while on the passenger side they are all on the bottom, facing down. I don't know anything about alignment but this seemed odd. I guess I would expect both sides to be facing the same way to a degree. I will be getting it aligned but I am wondering if the last person to do the alignment had done it correctly. Does this make sense, seem odd? Just looking to add to my knowledge and I want to make sure that when I do get it aligned that it's done properly. Thanks

It is an eccentric if 0 degrees (full to the right) is the maximum then 180 (full to the left) is the max in the other then 90 (full up) & 270 (full down) are half way. The slot is horizontal.

Either your suspension is bent or the car is no where near in alignment. FYI, the past alignment may have been performed correctly, but failing to torque those camber bolts to 186 ft-lbs WILL result in them moving around. That step is critical to maintaining rear wheel camber. Make sure your alignment shop is doing a FULL 4 WHEEL alignment. The "toe and go" crap is not for Corvettes. Get print outs of before and after of the readings on the car. Seems like no one does alignments right so I do my own.

FYI, factory alignment specs. are trash for both tire wear and handling. They are setup for positive camber for the country club set and not for handling/tire wear. When is the last time you saw a race car with positive camber?
I recommend these:http://www.vbandp.com/index.php?option=com_docman&Itemid=148
Click on alignment specs.
