Engine Died While Driving

Problem solved. It was the HEI/ ignition control module. I replaced it and the car started right up. You guys hit the nail on the head with this one. Thanks everyone for your help. is there anything in particular that would cause this part to fail?

THE HEAT!!! or not enough grease
I feel vindicated, too many people were leading down the wrong paths. The dialectric grease transfers the heat away from the part, the voltage regulator on these cars has it applied as well. Use a quality grease, I use CRC technition grade.
