I have not had to replace a window motor but I can tell you that you will need to drill out rivets to get the window regulator out and of course use rivets to re-install. The rivets are large ones...1/4" diameter so you will need to either purchase or borrow a rivet gun with this capacity.
Also I think you have to remove the door glass....which is easy...and you will likely find the plastic guide is broken; $20 for replacement.
Not a difficult job to do....just have to be careful in removing all the parts. Should take you about three hours start to finish.

disconnect the battery
open the door
remove outer door panel
remove inner door handle
remove window glass
Drill out the rivets
use screws or huge rivets to secure the new one
put the glass back in and test, align it, etc.
put the rest together
