I've got code 28 and 64, 64 is right bank ("Bank 2") O2 sensor
Is the bank 2 the passenger side or driver's side ?
I'm a pretty good fixer, having had 5 cars, a road king & a searay with a 5.0 and not paid for any repairs in 14 years, but if you ask me which bank is right or left on a V8, I get stumbled. lol

Bank 2 is the passenger or right side, something that helps me to keep it straight is that all even numbered cylinders are on the right side as well (2-4-6-8)

Thanks. I need to change the O2 sensor on passenger side then.
Tried my special O2 sensor tool I use on all my other GM stuff but there's no clearance to get it on there cuz of the manifold above. Sucks. Got a 7/8 closed end wrench but am afraid to try it out of fear of stripping the sensor hex, plus oil pan is in the way anyhow. Dannnnnnnnggggggittt.
Good thing I pulled the manual out, 6E3-C10. There were different configs, some having two, some having three, and some having four relays in that location. Without the book I'da never figured it out but appreciate your reply alot. take it easy.
