Default Big brake brackets

Ive seen the blueprints for the brackets to upgrade my 87 to 13" rotors. Can someone point me in the right direction. I dont mind payin for these kind of things but shipping to canada is big $$, and I have to know how and tools to do it myself.

Thanks in advance.

The caliper mounting brackets are different because the bolt holes are closer together on the '87 than the '88 and later cars that had the 13" rotors. I don't remember the exact difference, but it's around 3/4" or so.

The brackets on my car are from Stainless Steel Brakes. I bought a whole kit from Corvette Central, which included the calipers, pads, pins, hoses and the brackets. The only custom parts are the brackets. All the other parts are stock.

Yah I have found that, but I have accounts with many suppliers. I can get reman C5 calipers for 79 bucks with brackets. Then I'd order hawk pads and powerslot rotors at a fraction of the cost from any one of these suppliers that kit all this together. I just need to adapt the calipers. Thats the next step. I will see if ssbc will supply me with adaptors only. Unless someone else can chime in with some dimentions or other suggestions.

Thanks agian for the reply.
You guys rock.
