car warriors

Did you see car warriors last night? They did 86 corvettes. The teams sure didn't know much about Corvettes. I liked the hood on the one that was 455 hp dual quad set up though.

I saw it. One team of hacks removed the engine by simply cutting every connection to the engine, then expected the other team to give up their power steering hose to make it all better. As it ended, both cars were hack jobs. Instead of going for dramatic changes in the cars, they should used the engine they ended up with, then gone for a good clean paint and interior, along with some sound suspension work. Even tho they only had limited time, borth teams did hack jobs on their respective cars.

I DVR'd it too, just finished watching it today. All comments here are spot on. To not ruin it for GSDAVE, the team that won was the one I would have picked to. corvette_bob said it best about both teams.

They got the best guys from Gerber against the best guys at Collision Revision .
And thats what you get ...
just set both cars on fire and get it over .
