Default Lug nut size

Hi guys,
I need to pick up some open end lug nuts for my 1993 ZR1 so that I can tighten down the new Wilwood rotors to check alignment of the new calipers. Can anyone help me out with the lug nut size and thread?
Thanks,
Rob

Did you consider using larger nuts as spacers under your standard lug nuts? I think (dare I say the word) F*rd lug nuts will slide right over your studs.

Thanks guys for the info. Not a bad idea with the spacers but this is a ground up build, so I don't have any lug nuts at all now.

Lugnuts also need a 60 degree taper for mounting the wheels.

This size is pretty common across GM passenger cars so any parts store will have them.

But for doing what you need to do, any hex nut with that thread size will work. As mentioned, use some flat washers too. You should only need 3 nuts to get the rotors tight against the hub mounting flange for checking clearances.
